Lewis Williamson
Operations/Grounds Assistant
Keeping Trustmark Park sharp, steady, and ready for whatever muddy baseball madness comes crawling through the gates.
If Trustmark Park looks sharp, runs right, and somehow survives another night of muddy baseball madness, there’s a good chance Lewis Williamson had something to do with it.
A steady hand behind the scenes
Lewis Williamson serves as an Operations/Grounds Assistant for the Mississippi Mud Monsters, helping keep Trustmark Park prepared for the long list of little things that have to happen before fans ever walk through the gates.
In operations and grounds, the best work is often the kind people do not notice directly. The field is ready. The building works. The details are handled. The night feels smooth because someone made sure the swamp stayed standing.
Built close to home
Born and raised in Terry, Mississippi, Lewis moved to Pearl in 2010 and has called it home ever since. That makes his work at Trustmark Park personal. This is not just where he works. It is part of the community he already belongs to.
His love for the community and the game of baseball helps drive him to be part of something special in Pearl, especially as the Mud Monsters continue building a ballpark experience that feels rooted right here in Central Mississippi.

Lewis is a proud husband, dad, Mississippi State fan, and medium rare steak enthusiast, which is honestly the kind of résumé the swamp can respect.
Whether he is helping around the ballpark or cheering on the Bulldogs, Lewis brings a steady, hometown kind of pride to the work.
The monsters may get the spotlight, but folks like Lewis help keep the whole swamp from sinking into the mud.
