A voice built for the moment

Colton arrives in Pearl after a year with the San Antonio Missions as a Broadcasting & Public Relations Assistant, along with two seasons with the Round Rock Express. Along the way, he also served as the Public Address voice for Trinity University Athletics in San Antonio and Texas State University Athletics in San Marcos, bringing energy and presence to every moment.

Whether behind the mic or behind the scenes, his focus is simple. Make the game feel alive for the people experiencing it.

More than just baseball

A Texas native and Fall 2024 graduate of the University of Texas, Colton still finds time to keep up with his Longhorns. But his interests do not stop at the ballpark. His “side quests” have included acting in TV commercials, traveling, running, and dialing in the perfect homemade espresso.

He also shares his off-field time with his cat, Parmesan, who may or may not approve of his broadcast takes.

Ready for the swamp

Colton is excited to begin this new chapter in Mississippi, where he will help elevate and lead Mud Monsters broadcasting and storytelling. He is looking forward to connecting with the Pearl community and being part of every big moment inside Trustmark Park.

His goal is simple. Be there for every pitch, every cheer, and every story that makes this place special, and help the Diamond in Pearl shine a little brighter.

Every team needs a voice. The Mud Monsters just added one that knows how to tell the story.
