Some people join a team. Brayan De La Rosa grew up with this ballpark.
From the field to the front office
Brayan De La Rosa serves as the Operations Manager for the Mississippi Mud Monsters, helping keep everything behind the scenes running the way it should. His path to the role is one built on experience, consistency, and a willingness to show up and do the work.
He started at Trustmark Park in 2023 on the grounds crew with the Mississippi Braves and continued through 2024. When the team relocated, Brayan stayed, working with the Mud Monsters during their inaugural 2025 season. What began as something he did for fun quickly turned into something more.
Built on effort and opportunity
Now in his first season in the front office, Brayan represents a new generation of leadership within the organization. Someone who understands the ballpark from the ground up and brings that perspective into everything he does.
He is pursuing a full career in the sports industry and continues to grow into the role, building on the foundation he created through his time on the field.
Rooted in Pearl
A proud first generation Mexican-American, Brayan moved to Pearl at age 13 and has called it home ever since. That connection to the community shows up in the way he approaches his work and the pride he takes in being part of something local.
Away from the ballpark, he is a big Kentucky Wildcats fan who loves both basketball and football. On weekends, you will usually find him spending time with friends and family or cheering on his team.
Around here, he is proof that if you put in the work, there is a place for you in the story.
