Every great night at the ballpark starts with a ticket. Claire Harris makes sure that part is easy.
The front door to the experience
Claire Harris serves as the Ticketing Director for the Mississippi Mud Monsters, helping fans navigate everything from season tickets to flex plans to single-game nights. If you’ve got a question, she’s the one with the answer or the person who knows exactly where to find it.
A native of Springfield, Illinois, Claire brings a mix of small-town charm and big-league organization to Trustmark Park, making sure the first step of the fan experience is as smooth as the rest of the night.
Built in the ballpark
Before heading south, Claire spent four seasons with her hometown team, the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes, learning firsthand what it takes to create memorable nights for fans. That experience, combined with her time in the ticket office at Southeast Missouri State University, gave her a strong foundation in both the operational and personal side of the job.
She understands that ticketing isn’t just about seats. It’s about helping people get to something they’re looking forward to.
Details that make a difference
On game days, you’ll find Claire at the gates, at the window, or helping fans find their way. Behind the scenes, she’s making sure everything lines up the way it should so the experience feels effortless from start to finish.
When she’s not at the ballpark, she’s usually watching sports or out on the golf course chasing that elusive scratch game.
Around here, she’s known for her organization, her positivity, and her belief that every great night starts with a ticket and a smile.
