Macy Worstell
Marketing Manager / Retail Manager
Helping shape how the Mud Monsters look, feel, sound, sell, post, connect, and show up in the community.
If it’s creative, colorful, or something you can wear home from the ballpark, there’s a good chance Macy Worstell had a hand in it.
Where the story comes to life
Macy Worstell is the Marketing Manager and Retail Manager for the Mississippi Mud Monsters, helping shape how the team looks, feels, and connects with fans. From social media to merchandise to game-day moments, her work lives at the intersection of creativity and experience.
Her goal is simple. Make it feel personal. Make it feel like it belongs to the people who show up.
In 2026, Macy was named to Hometown Rankin’s 40 Under 40, a well-deserved recognition for the energy, creativity, and care she brings to her work with the Mud Monsters and the Central Mississippi community.
Built in baseball
Originally from Surry, Virginia, Macy grew up in a family where baseball wasn’t just something you watched, it was something you lived. That foundation carried through her time at Ole Miss, where she gained hands-on experience in event operations, including working behind the scenes at the 2024 Morgan Wallen concert in Oxford.
She got her start in the baseball world with the Peninsula Pilots, where she learned what the day-to-day grind of the game really looks like and how much the little details matter.

When she’s not working, she’s usually talking about her cat, Archie. Which, to be fair, is a much better situation than when she was still trying to convince her parents to let her get one.
One story, one fan, one honor, and now officially, one cat at a time.
