Claire Harris is the Ticketing Director for the Mississippi Mud Monsters, which means if you’ve got a question about season tickets, flex plans, or anything in between, she’s the one with the answers. A native of Springfield, Illinois, Claire brings a mix of small-town charm and big-league know-how to the swamp.

Before heading south, she spent four years working for her hometown team, the Springfield Lucky Horseshoes, where she learned firsthand what it takes to make a summer night at the ballpark unforgettable. She’s also a proud graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she earned her degree in Sport Management and worked in the athletic department ticket office.

These days, you’ll find Claire greeting fans at the gates, helping families find their seats, and making sure every ticketing experience goes off without a hitch. She loves the creativity and connection that come with minor league baseball and takes pride in helping fans feel right at home at Trustmark Park.

When she’s not at the ballpark, Claire is probably watching sports or out on the golf course chasing that elusive scratch game. Around here, she’s known for her organization, her positivity, and her belief that every great night starts with a ticket and a smile.
